How long does shipping take?
Many of my items are made to order, so I will provide you with an estimated timeline when I receive your order! Items that are already in my inventory will be shipped no later than one week from the time of order. If you need an item expedited, I can do so for an additional charge (this cost will vary depending on what the item is and how quickly you need it!). Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so you'll know just when to expect it!
My order contains an adult-themed item. Is the packaging discreet?
Of course! Your comfort is one of my top priorities. All of my items are shipped in either a manila envelope or a brown 4x6 envelope. I might put a festive sticker on there if I'm feeling whimsical, but the contents are hidden until they're released by their rightful owner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs are calculated by Square Space.
What if I never receive my order?
Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, etc. If it is past your delivery date and you haven't received your order, please send an email using the form below. If the item can not be located, I will replace your order as quickly as I can.
If you're dissatisfied with your product in any way, please send an email to email@example.com using the form below! I will figure out how to make it right, and if that means a return, I will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund!
